Responsible for developing revenues from the free usage of the Opera browser. Includes managing search deals, online advertising, co-branded initiatives and software bundles.
Work together with the product manager to evaluate business deals, analysis of the product and educational sales.
Responsible for recruiting young graduates from the major Universities in Norway for business and IT related traineeships abroad. Skills developed included recruitment marketing, selection, cross cultural communication training and leadership (had 30 people all over Norway that reported to me). Development of a exchange program with the Norwegian development Agency (WWW) involving 4 countries for business placements of over 1 year. 14 positions were filled and the project budget amounted to over $1 million.
