I'm the Director of Operations at it's learning AS, a Norwegian (Bergen) based SaaS (Software as a Service) company behind www.itslearning.com, an internet based learning platform that is used by more than a million teachers, students and pupils in Europe and US.
Having seen the company grow from a handfull of employees to approximately 100, my key competence lies within building out and scaling out a growing business. I have worked developing and integrating operational processes (ITIL), project management processes, development processes and sales processes. I have always been deeply involved in the techical presales of our software and has strong techical understanding of web based software.
For the last year I have been living and working out of the UK managing the integration of an aqusition that has given us a strong market precence in the UK.
I have a degree in computer science and had a few years of experience from a international management consulting company before joining it's learning. During my studies I co-wrote a protype software that became the original "it's learning" platform.
